Reliable Female Adult Assistant

I am in need of a Reliable Female Assistant for my Adult Webcam Website. Duties as follows: ---------------------- Adminisration Privilages Helping Models Register Helping Models setup and creating thier Profiles/Bios Checking for Valid Id's etc... Watching over website operations incuding Blog/Facebook pages Blocking IP addresses / Countries etc.. Human Resourses (Management) Promotions / Video creation and other means Other duties as content requirements and whatever comes along Emailing / responding to clients / models etc.. There will be probably other duties It would also be a great addition if you are capable of doing XXX/Video/Webcam yourself in promoting etc.. I maybe willing to share in some revenue genterated by the operation, which can be discussed also. I am looking for a Competent, Reliable, Experienced, English Speaking Female Only
