The series aims to teach English language. In addition to the series, a Student’s book including listening exercises about the series will be sold. It could be two different names: one for the book, one for the sitcom, or better, you could make one name both of the projects. Shortly about the sitcom: There are 4 friends (2 girls, 2 guys) which are Americans. They live all together in a flat. They need a new roommate. On comic circumstances, they meet a Russian girl in a pub and guys (males) propose her to become their new flatmate. Extracts from the dialogue “We are just searching for a new flatmate!”; “then I don’t see a reason why she can’t be our new roommate!”. Girls are not happy about this situation, because they don’t know anything about the girl. However, this spontaneous decision leads to a great friendship. Throughout the series friends face some difficulties and deal with them in a comic way. Every evening they gather at their favourite pub, talking about the day. Every character has it’s own goals, to which there are going throughout the series. At the end one of the main characters has to move to another country due to his work, so they get separated from their friends, and they are sad about it. The name of the main character- Russian girl is Katherine (Katia/Katyusha). Shortly about the book: it aims to teach English language in an innovative way.
