Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will have an initial paid training period that lasts for 2-3 weeks, and then a “nesting" period where you will shadow an experienced CSR until you are comfortable and set to go! You will take inbound calls from customers of clients from various industries. You will be responsible for assisting customers with various things like placing orders, booking appointments, and researching and resolving account issues.
Additional responsibilities of the CSR role include:
Servicing members who are in need
Identifying the type of service needed
Contacting a provider to assist the member if needed
Being both friendly and efficient
Providing a positive experience for the member
Representing both Inktel and our client’s company
Presenting yourself with professionalism, friendliness and a willingness to assist
Being part of a team that depends on you being a team player
Being accountable for your performance
Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative you must be goal-oriented, flexible and able to accept constructive feedback with the goal of improving your performance. You must have an aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to customers. Superior communication skills are vital for this role. You must have excellent “people" skills and enjoy assisting customers in a friendly and respectful manner. You must possess excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to handle a variety of scenarios with the ability to “think on your feet". Ideal candidates are positive, energetic, enthusiastic and computer savvy.
Other requirements of the CSR role include:
High School Diploma or equivalent certification
Customer Service in sales, retail, food service or related experience
Previous Call Center experience, preferred
Bilingual Spanish Language skills, strongly preferred
Must be computer literate and able to quickly navigate in a windows PC environment
Typing skills 35 WPM
Ability to talk on the phone, use a computer and keyboard simultaneously
Must have a “can do" attitude
Must be organized, assertive and patient
