Con: You need Outlook and other Con is that its not portable 1.2) Script to connect and send mail through something like sendgrid. Pro is that you dont need to setup your own mail server in the absence of one. 2) Using Google Docs Spreadsheet (Pro: it'll persist in the cloud, so no machine dependencies and 100% backedup. Specially useful if your company is using google services for email, etc). Of course I'm well versant with all options and would like to setup a call if selected and agree upon what to proceed with.
