Overview Catapult Learning, Inc., the largest provider of K–12 contracted instructional services in the U.S., is dedicated to improving academic performance for at-risk and struggling students, including potential dropouts and those with learning and emotional disabilities The Data Entry Associate will provide data entry of the Extended Learning Program (Summer School) in NYC. This individual will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry and ensure quality of their work. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Accurately key data into Microsoft Excel or other data bases where needed. Accurately enter data into student billing systems Must be able to complete tasks/meet established deadlines. Reports all problems to supervisor in a timely manner Assist with other special projects as assigned Qualifications Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have at least one year of data entry experience and prior automated billing systems experience is desirable. Must type at least 45 wpm Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. Candidate must be responsive to internal and external customers. Must have exceptional attention to details Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
