South Georgia Anodizing may be a new player in the field, but we bring years of experience with a long history in the metal business. For years, we have extruded aluminum for applications world wide. As our business grew, so did our need to provide top quality anodizing services to our extrusion customers. From our phenomenal growth, South Georgia Anodizing was born.
We are a growing and are seeking to add an Entry Level Data Entry/Customer Service member to our team.
Required Experience and Skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize team member workloads to assign additional applications effectively and proactively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Reseller, CRA, Mortgage Industry and/or related Compliance experience a plus
• Familiar with and comfortable navigating computers in general
• Good to excellent typing speed and accuracy
Job Responsibilities
Allocation of new applications as they come in, to include but not limited to:
• Monitor email notifications from the application portal
• Review online applications
• Make initial applicant contact by phone
• Create a profile in Customer Relationship Management software
• Enter data into various spreadsheets
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to work independently, is comfortable on the phone, is a good communicator, has a cheerful disposition, is able to make decisions and pass judgement as necessary to the job and conversely is willing to ask for guidance. Must have a sense of urgency as the job tasks are time sensitive.
