Excel 2016 Automated Task

I will be posting this for the third time. The last two coders could not provide assistance and I lost money. I request the following: READ THOROUGHLY 1. An automated way to compare two sets of data and remove duplicates in Excel 2016. 2. It must be a working sample for me to approve paying you. I have already paid two coders prior to completion with nothing to work with. I WANT YOUR WORK FOR ME TO APPROVE FIRST. 3. I am looking for all english instruction and english workbook to be used, in Excel 2016. This is simple for someone expert in Excel 2016. Don't waste my time if you cannot do this task or I will rate you accordingly. I have been a buyer on here for 10 years or more and have an excellent rating. See below for original instructions from previous two bids but will have Excel 2016: I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet... I'm limited to a i3 processor with 8gb RAM. I only have Excel 2016... I need to do the following: One database is approx. 850k rows of two columns of data. Email Address and State. Match that set of data against a suppression list of just email addresses, which amount to 80k approx. So data would be: Data Set A: 800,000 - 900,000 rows of 2 columns - email address and state Data Set B: 80,000 - 100,000 rows of 1 column - email address Compare B to A and remove any that are duplicates in Set A including the associated state in second column. Design a worksheet in Excel 2016 where I can paste the 800-900k rows and 2 columns into, and calculate against second set of 80k rows of only 1 column. Then remove any from 2nd set from the 1st set, including the second column associated. Thanks .. need this right away.
