Find information in Chinese, data mining in Chinese internet

We are looking for a Chinese speaking person to gather information on international education agents in China. This will require searching information in Chinese Internet and organising it in a spreadsheet. As a result we shall need information on all Chinese education agencies in a spreadsheet with the following information in English regarding each agency: 1. Name of the agency (they usually have an English name they use to communicate with their foreign partners) 2. City/province it is located in (if it has offices in several provinces please include all) 3. Web address 4. E-mail (s) (if it has more than 1 e-mail available, please include up to 5 e-mails, e-mails of directors or e-mails for international partners are preferable, in an agency has different e-mails of different offices please be sure to include Beijing and Shanghai offices e-mails) All fields should be filled for an agency. We do not know what is the exact number of education agencies in China, we can approximately estimate it between 800 – 2000. Please quote us for 1000 agents, we shall adjust the payment according to the actual number of agents you will find. We only need agents located in mainland China, not Hong Kong or Taiwan. As a first step please prepare the list of education agencies from Beijing and Shanghai. We check it and if everything is OK we shall release the first milestone which should be about ¼ of the total. The rest can also go in stages if you prefer. We shall need to check the information and make sure only education agents are present in the database before making the payments. An education agency is an organisation acting as an intermediary between Chinese students looking for opportunities to study abroad and international education providers, they help students to find a suitable study abroad program, get visa, etc. _______________ This is our second attempt to collect this information, as a result of first attempt we have received a database of about 400 agencies, but most likely there should be more _______________
