Looking for a English & Spanish speaking VA

We are looking to hire a VA to help us with a fun new web service where businesses can order and organise a virtual food party for their distributed teams. The initial ordering and sign up of the process will be automated, but we are looking for someone to help us with the actual ordering of the food in a variety of countries. Requirements : -> Spanish and English written and verbal fluency -> Ability to make international phone calls Your workflow will look like the following: -> You will receive a list of team members, with their addresses and food preferences, along with dietary restrictions. -> You will proceed to find 1-2 suitable restaurants that deliver to the each person’s address, as well as either offer online order payment or can take a card payment over the phone. In the instance that no such location can be found, you will have to make a note that remote payment wasn’t possible, and will generate a generic giftcard for a default value but this has to be a last scenario. -> You will keep in mind the different timezones and ensure that you order all the food for the same time across all the different locations. You will do so ahead of time with at-least 6 hours notice. -> Each person’s order should be processed in no more than 5 to 6 minutes to ensure quick and efficient processing.
