Quickbooks Online Data Entry Handwritten Checks

We need to have the payees entered into our QBO account for our handwritten checks that were downloaded from our bank. The amount and check number are downloaded, we need the payees typed in. There are probably about 400 of them. I will supply a PDF showing the bank's scan of the check and you will match each check number up with the corresponding entry in QBO. You will have to add the payee (many may not have the payee already included in the list, so you will have to add it the first time) and then copy/paste the payee's name in the description as well. Most will be repeated regularly throughout the series, so the first time may take a bit of deciphering, but then you will recognize it quickly. Most are written in neat handwriting, but some are not as you can see from the examples. It is understandable that not all will be legible, just skip any that you cannot easily read. Previous experience with QBO is required. We would be very happy to find someone with good QBO skills to work with us on keeping this up to date going forward.
