Datamining Application

I'm looking have an application made that will datamine the popular online poker cardroom PokerStars. Pokerstars is a stand alone application from which users play online poker against each other for real money. For every hand that is played on pokerstars, a history of that hand is created in the form of a text file. A user must be either playing in that game or directly observing it in order to receive these hand histories. The application will be able to open hundreds of games at any 1 time and observe/collect these hand histories. The biggest complication to this is that PokerStars only allows a user to open a limited number of games to observe at any 1 time. The winning bidder will need to find a solution to this problem. The application will only be required to datamine a subset of poker game types offered by PokerStars, more details on exactly what games will be discussed with prospective applicants. Any programming language appropriate to the task may be used, tho I'm guessing Java would be the most likely candidate.
