I need a simple application/ a sample that takes 15 images, and make them into 1 animated gif. Attached 1 ready animated gif. Please transform it to 15 different frames, and show me how to recombine it into 1 gif. I know it should be very easy, and there are ready components for this. Just want to save time, and give to someone who already know how to do it, and fast. Need it TODAY, and cheap. Thanks and best regards.

Hello, I have a lot of experience with Delphi so I can do your application in Delphi XE2 rapidly and well. I can make the application for 15 images as you explain in your project but if you want I can add the functionality of modifying in the interface, the images number and the gif speed for the same price. I created test application and be able to split image into 15 frames. You can select any of them and join them into new file (order can be also changed). I used Delphi XE2 and GIF component
