Hello. I am interested on working on this project. I have a solution to your project. However, the infinite loop must not be an unconditional loop. The infinite loop must be made conditional or at least, has a statement that check for the shutdown notification in order to stop the loop and let the program terminates itself gracefully. Hi! There are two ways to solve this task. First - program (without service) can catch WM_QUERYENDSESSION message and after it do somethink, break infinite loop and termitaned, But this message is called when the user just goes from Windows. For catching only shutdown or reboot it must be service, which processes SERVICE_CONTROL_SHUTDOWN messages. So i can do it as desktop as service application. Without uses Forms.
