Encapsulate Docker API

Hello developers, I would like to hire a developer with experience in ** Docker for Windows API ** & DotNet Core 2.0. Your compiled deliverable should run in a Windows Server container (microsoft/dotnet:2.0-runtime-nanoserver). I will supply you with a set of 3 Windows Server 2016 VMs, being 2 Docker hosts and one client to test the encapsulation in. Please refer to the attached textfile for the requirements.
