Localbitcoins Seller API BOT

Hello, I am in need of a bitcoin sellers API bot for LBC. I would like the bot to have the following capabilities. 1. Auto Price Check and Ability to automatically change price to be lowest priced advertisement in my categories. 2. Bot needs to make it appear as if I am online at all times. 3. Bot needs to keep my ad on the front page of sell ads. 4. Notification to me when new trade is opened with users name and trade value. 5. Ability to check users feedback/amount of trades when user opens new trade with me. If they do not have required amount previous trades bot will send message telling user to cancel trade. 6. Send automatic greeting to buyer when new trade is opened with specific instructions for verification. 7. Bot to release payment information after verification has been cleared. 8. Thank you/Request for feedback message to be automatically sent after trade is cleared. 9. Automatically give feedback to user after trade with a specific message in the feedback. 10. Automatic backup chat including all documents exchanged to a file system in the cloud.
