A quick question is this chip used in a control/PLC system/security lock? It seems there are 3x3 I/Os and a power supply with a decoupling cap. Cheers Adi

If you describe what the chip does or what the PCB do.. I might be able to tell you chat chip it is.. also what is your plan after you know what chip it is? If it is programmed, its not worth finding out what chip it is.. because you won't have the software. Lets talk and discuss,, thanks
