Greetings, I have experience organizing regional and international technical conferences and hence would be a good fit for this project. I do this from the preparation phase which include drafting the agenda, booking conference facilities, sending invitation letters, getting confirmations from participants and answering all their queries etc, to the actual day when the event happens. I have learnt that this requires multi-tasking, being very keen to details, customer service skills and being diplomatic when required. I look forward to using my skills to make this event successful. One thing I am not sure of: do you want the Coordinator to physically be based in India or can be a remote position?
