Develop forms and queries from an existing Access Data Base; implement Mail Merge and an Outlook Calendar for a small law office from Access -- 2

Microsoft Office software consultant and database developer Small SOMA law firm is seeking to hire a database and software consultant, to help our office update its database and to automate other functions of the practice, including storing files and documents in the database and coordinating with Microsoft outlook calendaring software. The candidate must have thorough and extensive knowledge with Microsoft office software, Including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft access, mail merge, outlook and access database applications. The project will involve in office training and consultation with existing office staff. Therefore, the candidate must be able to be in the office during normal business hours. Other aspects of the project can be done remotely and the hours are flexible. Projects will be implemented in phases, depending upon ongoing office needs and the candidate must commit to understanding the business needs of the office. The projects are frontloaded, with a higher demand for a candidates time in the office during the earlier months of the project. We currently estimate that the project will take between six months to one year. It could be ideal for a college student or recent graduate who would like to make some short-term income and gain experience. Pay starts at $20 an hour, or more depending upon specific experience.
