Mass mailing software setup

Hi, I run two mailing lists for two different soccer related websites (let's say Team A and Team B). We send daily around 140k emails per list (280k total), and we need to create a reliable system to do it. What we need is a person with a lot of experience in mass email, with awareness of bouncing, black/whitelisting, load balancing, etc.. Ideally the system of choice should have an option that allows people to transfer from a mailing list to the other in case they want to switch preferences, or to signup to both. Here is what I need help with: - choosing the right email software, that allows me to: --> easily create forms --> cultivate two separate lists, where I send emails from a different address every day --> allow subscribers to manage their subscription (i.e. choose which team they want to follow, or both) and to unsubscribe - configuring it so that it can send 280k to 500k emails per day, using a cheap and reliable technical solution of your choice - instruct me on how to run it daily Please let me know what you think needs to be done.
