I read your requirements and would like to work with you. My experience lies in the design and manufacturing of machinery, like pharma machines, conveyors, chilling machines etc. Apart from machinery, I have also worked extensively in metal furniture design and manufacturing. Conveyor project I work on generally has about 500 drawings with around 1200~1500 unique components and main assembly with as high as 30,000 components. I have managed to work with such large projects without errors. These large assemblies are also mostly sheet metal and structural members. I prefer feature-based modelling, which will allow modification of existing design fast and I can complete new orders in the shortest time. As mentioned above, if it's a long term work, I will develop scripts to automate some stuff. I have developed tools for large conveyor designs, where I generally use whole assemblies from previous projects and modify them as per new order. My experience in design for manufacturing with such a large project will ensure quality and timely work, no matter how complex the project is. I am ready to start working at short notice.
