Tenants Agent® Data Collection

The app needs to be easy of use. More than just a mobile website, it takes full advantage of the functions of an iPad such as gestures, camera and email integration. Clients can sign on the iPad, and all the documentation can be emailed directly from iPads into inboxes. Documents such as an appointment to act, condition report, inspection reporting to name but a few. What I am saying is that I would like an application made for my new company. Instead of paperwork I want all in one on a ipad. The background of the company is that we will be appointed by tenants to act as their agent. We go out to their homes and we inspect the premises and complete the entry condition report, then we take photos if the tenant needs to go to a dispute/court process. At the moment no one does any thing for tenants they are in the hands of owners and real estate agents.
