We need a Excel Dashboard Report or a specially made Pivot Table and Report to show the following:
Warranties Upsold (type) to No Warranty Sold (Pie Graph)
Year of Vehicle (Line Chart or Bar Chart)
Average Days in Stock (Gauge)
Customer Deals vs. Wholesale Deals (Deals that don't have a Deal Number and Salesman is House) (Pie Chart)
Salesman Deals for Month - Total Number (Bar Chart with Salesman on 1 Axis and Total Deals on the Other)
Salesman Commission for Month - Total Commission Earned and Average per Deal (2 Charts - 1 shows total salesman commission for each salesman against the others, the other table shows the average)
Running Total for the Month (Ie. Show running total over 31 days and watch it climb)
Average Load per Deal
Average Gross after Commission
Average Total Gross per Deal
Salesman of the Month - Deals (Most Deals)
Salesman of the Month - Gross (Most Gross)
Advertising Source Breakdown (Pie Chart that shows breakdown of Source - Can be drilled down to pick between 2 dates and it will show source breakdown for between those dates)
Total Value of Sales for the Month
Ideally, all of this information would be presented nicely on a A4 piece of paper that could be printed at the end of the month, or during the month, to see how the dealership is performing.
In a month, we would have no more then 150 deals, so entering data directly into Excel is preferred - we do not need an Access database or application to do this.
It would be great if we can record other months in the same spreadsheet and then query data for other months, plus show yearly totals, year to date figures, averages for months of year etc. A Freelancer who can offer this sort of solution will be viewed upon favourably.
Finally, we want to Pick a Salesman - This would then Display their Deals for the Month (List them out with figures), plus show their average load, average gross, Warranties Sold/Missed and Commission made.
In the attached Example Data file for October, I have Data in one sheet and all the specs and how I would like the data presented in the second. If you can take all of this on and help me produce something to help us get a snapshot of sales for the month.
