OVERVIEW
We are seeking the services of an exceptional virtual assistant who will be comfortable and capable in performing a variety of administrative and IT tasks. The role will require frequent email and telephone interaction with clientele, therefore only those with an excellent command of English and advanced communication skills need apply.
We are a busy private training and education centre, conducting face-to-face courses across a number of interrelated health and wellbeing disciplines. Initially, we require a VA to handle our day-to-day bookings, client communications and associated administration, including processing and collating class enrolments and maintaining our client database on an ongoing basis. You will also need to manage our social media presence.
This is a developing role which will expand to include a number of other tasks. Our organisation is expanding into online education, and we will require assistance with coordinating the development of our website and apps. Your role will be to undertake research to identify global competitors and to prepare a report on the current market. We will also need you to provide a review of the available technology for interactive digital education and to create a shortlist of appropriate platforms which meet the following specifications:
• Virtual conferencing with the ability to record training sessions
• Ability to synchronise with smartphones/tablets
• Ability to automatically record
• Translation capability
• Ideally, the technology will have both online or dial-in options
• Scalable platforms which have the flexibility to grow and evolve with the business
• Manage bookings, payments, auto-send invitations and reminders
• Host the interactive online education sessions.
Once the platforms have been selected, we will need you to source and coordinate professional IT assistance for the web and app development, and to create an implementation plan for going live online, and assist with implementing an online marketing campaign.

The successful applicant will be a highly experienced administrator who can work independently and who possesses particular attention to detail.
