Attendance Records PDF to CSV

Need to enter about 45 PDFs (2 examples included) into a CSV file (example included) that contains columns for file name, student name, and their attendance (1 for present 0 for absent) for 14 classes. Total number of students across all PDFs are about 700. Most records are easily legible, but some may require zooming in. Any that are completely illegible should be marked "unreadable" (and left in proper order on list for that file). Signatures/initials/check marks should be used to define "present" while blanks, "X" or "A" should be interpreted as "absent." Total estimated time about 5-6 hours. (Assuming about 30 seconds per student).
