Collect Phone Contact Telecom operators - Zambia

We need a freelancer living in Zambia to go at MTN Zambia headquarters and Zamtel headquarters and collect the phone number of the head office (NOT CALL CENTER OR BRANCH PHONE NUMBERS). We will pay an extra amount if the phone number is the direct line (mobile) of the Customer experience Director, Procurement Manager, COO or CEO.
