Create an Excel to Autocad parametric interface to modify existing Autocad drawing templates

We want to create a selection program in Excel that sends dimensional parameters to dwg files to modify drawings according the Excel output parameters. In the attached example, we might want to change four dimensions, currently "800 Channel", 1080 (vertical dimension, middle of drawing), "1067 (25% BLINDED)", and "1008 (CLEAN)". We would want the drawing to regenerate with new dimensions and scaled. There are many sizes and several types of these screens, so we would create a set of template drawings that would be chosen from Excel to be similar so that rescaling doesn't skew it somehow. We will do the logic in Excel, we are lookiing for someone to build the Autocad interface. We would write the logic in Excel VBA to control the Autocad variables, but we need help with the interface (eg, defining which dimensions change, which stay constant when you alter a variable). The program would be intended to run by people without Autocad skills, either to AutocadLT or if possible, AutoDesk TrueView, to generate scaled and correctly dimensioned dwg drawings.
