Hi, I would like someone to create a property development feasibility spreadsheet for me. Previous experience on similar projects necessary. I need an inputs tab where I will be able to enter dates and figures, these dates then need to be summarised in an outputs or summary sheet. also the figures will need to be represented in a cashflow (similar to a gaant chart with figures). Little supervision, I would like the candidates to do the project on their own with little direction from me. Thanks.
