Developing an advanced excel spreadsheet

I am looking for someone to upgrade an excel spreadsheet i currently have to reduce some mundane tasks through auto population of fields, advanced formulas, lookups, search functionality,etc. I will need the spreadsheet to provide useful insights & analytics around the data that is input. I am also looking for a dashboard to be created which highlights key metrics about the data using charts, tables and search elements to narrow down on specific information from within the total [login to view URL] spreadsheet will help me make business decisions and also paint a picture of the current state of the data entry points. The data is website related content (orders, users and user information, withdrawal requests, services offered,etc)
