I need an excel expert to program a "todo" list

Hi, Since this file would be used by multiple individuals at the same time (including admins and management) I would recommend Excel as the interface only and a cloud based database linked to it. Task details (description, responsible person, due date, etc) would be stored in the database but reflected real time on the interface. The interface would show the task in priority order (based on the rules you have) and allow users to change details of tasks. It is also possible to add different rights to different users (like managers can assign tasks to admins, and admins can change the details of their own tasks only). If we stored the data on a cloud database, we could build reports on performance (provided that the relevant pieces of information are saved).
