Hello, I want to streamline some tasks for my colleagues so I want them to be able to do three things using separate buttons on an Excel sheet. I can do the buttons and attach the macros but writing the macros seems to be beyond me. I need as follows: From one button: Save a template .xlm file as a new file in a specified location with the file name in the format of "some text followed by the contents of cell A1 and the time now in hour and minute format" From a second button: export a specific range within a sheet in that new file to a pdf of the same name and it be automatically emailed to a specific group of addresses with a preset title and preset text in the body of the email. From a third button send a specific sheet in that new file to a pdf of the same name and it be automatically emailed to a specific group of addresses with a preset title and preset text in the body of the email

What email client will be used? Gmail ? will you require SSL ? Will the template be stored in the same folder or a new location? Is it compulsory that ranges and sheets be converted to pdf before emailing? (if yes some scripts may need to reside on the pc and not completely inside excel.) also dependant on OS in question. I can do some scripts for Windows 7 8 10. Sending the entire workbook is possible and I can incorporate a pin that can be given to each user separately that allows them individual access to the spreadsheet. This using formulae and not the built in passwords and encryption from excel. Im new to Freelance but I have a skill and work ethic.
