VBA Array processing

I would like to hire an Excel Expert to correct a faulty Excel VBA Sub. I want to 1) Transpose a column to a row, 2) Multiply that row times a conforming matrix, and 3)Transpose the result to a column. Attached is an Excel spreadsheet with some data and some defined ranges. It contains a macro triggered by the only button on the spreadsheet. There are 6 lines of code in the macro. The first three are only to show that the macro executed. The last three are my attempts to do 1) , 2), and 3) above. They do not work. I would like to get back a spreadsheet with those three statements corrected. It might take more than three statements. I will use this solution in a larger application that I am working on. I do not need to keep any of this secret or private in any way.
