Short video transcription and social media management ONGOING PROJECT

THIS IS AN ONGOING PROJECT: I would like to grow my current followers from 500 to 25K in 2018 and thus also grow my email list. I have digital products and books to sell and I also do live events. I've created an editorial plan that consists of me creating 3-5 short, 1-2 minute videos each week that I want to have transcribed for all the different social media formats and also have the videos themselves snipped for the different social media formats and platforms as well. The videos are inspirational in nature. Qualities needed: Good writing skills NATIVE SPEAKER ENGLISH LANGUAGE A MUST Excellent knowledge of the ins and outs of the various social media platforms: fb, twitter, instagram, pinterest, LinkedIn, youtube I'm very creative and I have lots of ideas, but I'm not an expert. I need SOMEONE WHO can NOT JUST EXECUTE WHAT I ASK, but who can GUIDE ME through the whole social marketing maze and give me advice. In summary: Need transcription of short 1 - 2 min, inspirational videos, video editing (just cutting snippets, and repurposing for blog, web page creation and upload to fb, twitter, instagram, pinterest, youtube, LinkedIn, 3-4 videos weekly, estimated 3 hours per day x 5 days per week IN ALL HONESTY: I've wasted a lot of time up until now hiring people who say they are experts, but they really are not.
