Upgrading a Facebook page

We propose the following project. A Facebook page [login to view URL] has been created. Someone created also a Facebook profile called: [login to view URL] The language is Montenegrin/Serbian but we prefer using as much English as practically possible. The aim is to make the local government aware that they do a lousy job with collection of garbage Therefore we must make this objective more clear in a separate button on top. Besides that button we need three other call to action buttons with the aim to: 1. place new pictures on the page showing ugly places full of garbage 2. writing a mail and/or sms complaint about those situations to the major and the local garbage collection company 3. subscribe to our mail newsletter hat keeps them informed about our actions in the press, parliament and court. Therefore sympathizers need to fill in a form with some personal details (name and surname, physical address, mail address, phone number). Once filled in, a confirmation must be sent to this new subscriber with a cc to the sender. You prepare these 4 buttons. We supply the text in Montenegrin and English. We need to have the option to change the wording and language. Is that all clear to you?
