Facebook Accounts Friends Pages Groups Fans Members

I am looking for an agile and hard working person with marketing abilities to create for me two new Facebook accounts (one male and another female) with 5000+ friends each. Both accounts have to be phone verified. The male account should have more percentage female friends and the female account should have more percentage male friends but with a difference less than 30% between male-female friends. I would like the friends to be real Facebook active users only from US, Canada (more US) and different friends between the two accounts.
