We’re looking for a freelancer for the following two projects, both done by the same person.
1 Training Course with 24 Modules
The Modules headers are pasted below the end of this brief [under the signature]
The way in which I’d like to present the course: [login to view URL]
The pertinent sections (using the timer at the bottom of the video) are:
10:46 11:30 11:50 14:02 (there’s not much in the first 10 min)
However the graphics on screen are not within our brand personality.
The style of the content, and the ‘movement’ is best seen on [login to view URL]
I want different ‘characters’ for each module, or groups of module [to be decided]
The characters should be interesting and specifically non-corporate. For example:
a. [login to view URL]
b. [login to view URL] [timer 3:06 – 3:20]
c. [login to view URL]
d. [login to view URL]
Almost any theme can actually fit the subject of ‘conflict’ in some way or another.
I envision short – between 3 and 30 seconds - clips that I can use [much like : [login to view URL] [referred to above] to blend in to/ synch with well-rehearsed presentations:
The objective is to deliver concepts visually, that are entertaining...
together with audio [me talking] and written [course notes] and exercises.
My impression is that Flash may not be ideal for this type of application – that power point is a better idea and more reliable
There will be some text necessary on screen, but this should be kept to a minimum.
A long list of ‘examples’ sometimes comes up in the course.
For example, in an explanation of what the “informal process” is for the management of conflict…
THE INFORMAL PROCESS
INTERESTS & NEEDS BASED
RELATIONSHIP INTENSIVE
HOLISTIC APPROACH
WEAVED IN TO THE CULTURE
…it would move fast,
2 Website
Instead of having pictures where they are showing [below], there is to be a short clip similar to [login to view URL] [referred to above] – a different one for each page subject page… matching each subject:
Home About Workplace Conflict Management Workplace Mediation Training Articles …..
The brief [ for the site only, not the course presentations] from the website developer is:
The Theme can cater for the following formats:
a. flash
b. video (youtube / vimeo)
c. video files (avi / mp4)
…not power point !
See: [login to view URL] for an example of CSS3 animation.
I believe that Flash on websites is being replaced by CSS3.
I think that the three formats above would be converted in to CSS3 (?)
Copyright Infringement
Use of anyone’s work will need to be by permission of the owner. There is an endless choice that fit the brief, so sending eMails to “a lot” of people should get us plenty of content for free [with credit]
Assignment of Rights
We must own the work done, so we’ll require an assignment of rights to everything you do for us.
If you can and want to do this, please contact me initially with the appropriate information/ examples of work/ comments on the sections of the brief that you would do differently, hourly rate, where you’re located, and whether you are able to provide reference from your clients.
