Looking for a designer for a landing page

I need someone with proven track record to design a top converting landing page for a medical testing equipment targeted to women. 2 to 3 graphical banners (using Flash) to promote some specific products should be designed also and are to be included in that page. 3 landing pages should be developed in order for us to do relevant A/B testing. Please only bid if you have relevant feedbacks. Please provide references for previous works. Only use Adobe products.
