flash - out of this world

Have hired some good people from here for my world mixing .com project which is all being totally redesigned [login to view URL] Im looking for someone that is very good at flash graphics / animations. Im not asking for [login to view URL] standards but somewhere in that zone that can do all the individual little touches.
