Fash interactive presentation for Home Automation

I am looking for talented, experts and professionals in 3ds Max, 3D Architect Design, 3D Interior Design. Please, bid only if you are expert in these skills and if you are professional in this area. Before I choose the freelancer, I will look at each portfolio. Details about this project: I have a company of Home Automation and I need some interactive presentations to show in our website electric curtains working in Flash in different environments. I need of 15 different environments showing the electric curtain (vertical blinds) working in each environment. I need also our logo in 3D with a logo introduction with sound to use this in our 3D environments and presentations. This logo intro should be used on this project in each environment. I have all the environments in 3Ds Max for this project and our Logo in PSD. Tasks for this project: About our logo and intro: 1º Make our logo in 3Ds Max ( I have the logo in PSD) 2º. Create an Intro Animation with our logo and with sound to be used on this project. About the environments: 1º. You need to make the remote controller in 3D to use it on this project (See the controller model attached). 2º. Create 15 interactive presentations in Flash with our Logo intro. The movement of the curtains must be smooth because the motors work with 26 to 32 rpm. 3º. Allow people to control the curtains through interactivity. 4º. Use a Preloader for each environment. I can provide the Preloader for this project. For this project, I need of all files in SWF and FLA and I need it with Action Script to allow resize each file according how I need because I will use these in different websites. About the payment, the total value of the project will be divided by the number of environments and the payment will be released when each environment is finished. If the first environment it is not as our demand for this work, we won't continue with the project and no payment will be made. Sorry for my frankness.
