Design + flash animation = fun project

Need an imaginative and creative designer to design a very simple web site. The web site has only one purpose – it is a survey for the presidential elections in our country next summer. The concept is that you can nominate anyone you want – your mother, your best friend, your favorite polititian or even yourself. So this web site has a humorous side to it…it’s supposed to be fun, without actually making fun of anything…it’s a pastime and hopefully something people will look to when the elections draw near. So we really need a creative individual with a good sense of humour to do this project. The site has to be anything but dull and we have pretty clear ideas on how we want it to look. Whoever gets the project will get a detailed analysis + really bad (but clear) drawings done by me to explain what it is we want. Although we do have ideas on how it should look we are still looking for a designer that has independent ideas. We are open to all suggestions and creative input, in fact. We expect it. We also need an individual/company with experience in flash + animation….included in our ideas are animated figures moving about (a very simple idea though). We need a full makeover so a new logo would also be included. Good knowledge of the English language is essential. Pages are only two. The front page where the survey is and then a very simple sub page for information about the company – no flash there or anything. Just very simple. A fun fun fun project for the right person!
