full screen flash website

I am after someone to code an animated flash site from my designs. Please see attached file. The following features are needed. • Full screen • All animation to be AS2 or AS3 (not timeline animation) • Animated navigation • Image gallery • working Contact form • Main animation (see below) Main animation. the sky, trees, houses, car and grass are all on their own layer. When a navigation item is selected, the layers move at different speeds across the page, giving a 3D impression. (The furthest back layer moves slower than each layer in front.) The car also rocks forward and back to give the impression that it is moving. The movement eases in and out and the car drives for around 5 secounds until it comes to a complete stop as the page information is displayed. Needs to load quickly and the text needs to be selectable for SEO reasons.
