Website for Property Management Company

We are looking for a great designer who understands click to client conversion (landing page optimization). We need a website for a property management company that will be used to bid on search engines. Website's home page will be its landing page. Home page should have a contact us box. Design that we like [login to view URL] Examples of websites that we like will be provided in PM. We need a logo for the company as well. We already have a domain name and hosting. We might be adding a recorded sound to the website just like [login to view URL] You should know how to do that. We will provide the text for all pages. We don't expect to have more than 10 pages. More details will be provided to the winning bidder. In PM show me a max of 10 websites that you have done that are somehow related to this project. Provider must work fast and communicate on time.
