Flash Contact Form

Our main site consists of 5 flash movies for faster loading. One of our pages is a contact page. We need the contact page to send mail utilizing the PHP sendmail function. We want the page to stay exactly as you see it in the example. We the message has been sent we would like a "Movie Clip" to say "Thank You" your message has been sent. We will need the source files and the PHP files after completion. We will need to see a working test example on your server. We will give you the test email address in which we will need inserted for testing. This project should take less than a day, due to the simplicity in the task. The Example .SWF has been uploaded for viewing! We are looking for someone who can complete this task between $30.00-45.00
