ONLY USA FREELANCERS - Receiving a parcel with tomato seeds and forwarding it to my address in Germany

Hello, we have placed an order for tomato seeds but the seller does not want to ship it to germany where we are actually from. I am now looking for someone who is willing to receive our parcel, repack it into something as small as possible and then send it to our address in germany, registered with usps. It is not big or heavy, maybe 1Kg, max 2kg. we would pay 30$ for receiving and forwarding it and ofcourse create a second milestone for the shippingcosts (as soon as they are confirmed) to cover your whole expenses
