dramatic book

i'm looking for a south African Ghost Writer. my book revolves around a very emotional and dramatic book. fiction-That's the genre. it will have a lot of turn of events. I need someone who can capture my ideas and make the book come alive. I need someone who knows the country well. I just require the writer to sit down and write-given my ideas and content. I would also require that you give me a sample of previous work that you have done. the book will be 250-300 pages estimate.
