Write a Book - repost

I've had an idea for a fiction book for a long time. I've started writing on it before but haven't been able to commit to the project. I want to get it done and want to try Ghost Writing. I am looking to work with someone who is capable of helping me to see this vision through and can help find the best place to possibly publish and make the work public. Without giving too much of the plot away, it's a finding yourself book split into three sections. Doesn't need to be long but want it to be emotional and a powerful message. Maybe 100 pages? Looking for: Highly motivated and quick working. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to write compelling media according to the writer's desire. Work in a timely manner and be willing to be in constant communication with writer to match the image of the writer I am also willing to have a co-writer on this project who would also want to be published as an author too as I enjoy writing and would be happy to collaborate. However, I know most people prefer flat rates to work. Look forward to your proposals.
