Looking for a long term writer to complete 25 page reports on different subjects

I am looking for a very good, motivated writer who can create an organised, coherent report on different subjects. With the potential of doing 2/3 reports a week The work required to complete this project to our satisfaction is trivial for a professional writer; please keep this in mind when proposing your bid. Also, any proposal submitted without an attached writing sample will be disregarded. In order to facilitate the process, I will provide the writer with samples of writing that demonstrate what we are seeking in the final product. I will also provide a number of topics which should be thoroughly covered in the report. Should the chosen writer provide us with high quality work, in a timely matter, following requirements, we will explore the possibility of forming a long-term working relationship with the writer. We have need of a number of pieces covering various different topics, and we would prefer to continue working with a writer who has proven him or herself to be reliable. This is a work-for-hire position, meaning that the copyright for the finished material will be transferred to me upon payment for the work. The writer will not retain any rights whatsoever to finished work, and will not be credited as its author. These points will be expressly covered in a contract that must be signed prior to beginning the work. Absolutely no plagiarism will be tolerated. The finished piece will be examined closely for any evidence of plagiarism, and should such evidence be found, the writer will be summarily dismissed without payment.
