Cemetery Directory

I would like someone to design and develop a simple iPhone app that allows a user to search for their deceased loved one's exact location in our cemetery. I would prefer that they can search either through a first name, last name, date of death, or plot location. I would also like them to be able to choose the option to "view on map" or be emailed or texted the directions not only to the exact plot but also to the cemetery.
