T-Shirt design - Frank Zappa 2

I want to create a Frank Zappa t-shirt. I want it to have the text "The United States is a nation of laws: badly written and randomly enforced. " -Frank Zappa Along with an image of Zappa. Both on the front. Both in black ink (to be printd on a white shirt). I'd like someone to put together the design for this. I'm open to suggestions, but one thought is to have the quote on the right; and an image of zappa's face on the left. The image could be a simple cartoonish illustration of zappa; or a very artistic one. Alternatively, I would be willing to accept a well-done live-trace of a good zappa headshot.
