We need a designer with good Photoshop or Fireworks skills to create a concept design for a Drupal site. Once design is approved you will export to html and css. No template work is involved. No php coding or otherwise. The design will need to be exported to html and ready to be turned into a PHP template. NOTE: You are not expected to create the template -- just the design that you will export to html AND CSS after completion. PAGES * front page * two inner pages Design is three columns Graphics -- basic graphics contained in original PSD implementation . you will need to build off the theme or concept There is a very basic PSD from which to start but you will need to have good design skills to finish the concept. I need someone who speaks perfect English and can converse on the phone if need be. There will be a number of revisions -- like 3 or 4 We need to see a portfolio and please if possible no need to give all the certifications and accreditation of your company.. Knowledge of Drupal is nice but not critical. If you can do this please feel free to apply. will need to see a draft prior to it going to the client who will order revisions. The budget for this is $1000 * 1/3 rd to start and * 1/3 rd on first draft delivery * 1/3 after final delivery
