I am a Realtor and have a basement floor plan that I need altering. I am looking for someone to create THREE(3) different designs of the attached BASEMENT floor plan, each design containing a different room implemented into the plan. Using the existing floor plan, I would like to show a kitchen area as the FIRST design. For the SECOND design, I would like to add a bedroom into the plan (replacing kitchen). THIRD, insert a children's play-room into the floor plan (then replacing the bedroom). My goal is to create options for clients when showing the home, allowing them the ability to visualize the basement in the way it would best fit in with their lifestyle. I would like the plan to remain in a birds-eye-view, however any graphic elements you are able to add making the plan become more realistic would be great. I need the individual rooms inserted to remain in-scale with the rest of the plan.

Hi there, I am an architectural designer based in the UK. This is very straight forward job and I could turn it around in less than 24 hours upon appointment.
